Patrick Foley is the Bolton-St. Johns lobbyist in Washington, DC. He has developed and executed federal strategies on issues such as healthcare, homeland security, transportation and technology since 2001. Patrick has extensive knowledge of the federal legislative process and what it means to New York State clients.
Prior to joining Bolton-St. Johns, Patrick directed the federal legislative operation for a major labor union in Washington. As Senior Lobbyist for the United Brotherhood of Carpenters, he successfully worked with lawmakers and party leadership on both sides of the aisle, building a coalition of moderates to protect the interests of union members.
Patrick has worked for the Speaker of the New York State Assembly in Albany, a Member of Congress in Washington, and has served on numerous campaigns at the state, city and federal level. As a political consultant he has represented clients in New York City, directed the grassroots operation for a state-wide campaign and has served as moderator for focus groups on a number of political issues.
Patrick Foley is a graduate of Union College and the recipient of the school's highest award in American Politics.
