Patrick Foley
foley@boltonstjohns.comPatrick Foley is Bolton-St. Johns’ chief Washington lobbyist. As such, he has developed and executed federal strategies on issues ranging from healthcare and homeland security to transportation and technology. Patrick has extensive knowledge of the federal legislative process and what it means to New York State clients.
Prior to joining Bolton-St. Johns, Patrick served as the Senior Lobbyist for the United Brotherhood of Carpenters. While there, he directed the federal legislative operation for the union and successfully worked with lawmakers and leadership on both sides of the aisle to build a coalition of moderates that protected the interests of his members.
Patrick has worked for the Speaker of the New York State Assembly in Albany, a Member of Congress in Washington, and has served on numerous campaigns at the local and federal level. As a political consultant he has represented clients in New York City, directed the grassroots operations for a state-wide campaign and has served as moderator for focus groups on a number of political issues.
Patrick Foley is a graduate of Union College and the recipient of the school's highest award in American Politics.
